ASAR Foundation (Association for Social Action and Reforms) is a non-profit organization committed to driving inclusive and sustainable development across India’s underserved and aspirational communities.
Founded by Anuranjan Joshi and Kamlesh Dubey, ASAR Foundation is rooted in a simple belief: True social reform begins when individuals are empowered with knowledge, skills, and opportunity.

ASAR Foundation is led by professionals who have excelled in their respective fields and are now committed to giving back through structured, impactful philanthropy.
- Anuranjan Joshi brings over 22+ years of leadership in IT, along with strategic expertise from founding Incrementum Healthcare and XpertLyte Technologies.
- Kamlesh Dubey, with over two decades of experience in digital media, IT services, and real estate, strengthens outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.
Together, they envision ASAR Foundation as a platform for action-driven social reform, built on integrity, collaboration, and sustainability.
